I have traveled around the world a few times in the last couple years to regattas and events. Subject to visas (French Passport) I can be ready to join any event or person at short notice. I am happy to travel economy class, stay in three-star hotels and charge a very reasonable meal allowance. All travel, accommodation, meals and misc general expenses must be covered. I have my own travel insurance. I provide all my own equipment including sailing gear, but not safety gear. I am very used to wet, rough ribs and camera boats and onboard in boisterous sailing. I will shoot and video in tough conditions, but try to look after gimbals, mics, cameras and phones on the water.
I have been known to work 24 hours straight meeting late sailing arrivals for LIVE coverage so every event is unique. I often work long hours on live events. As a guide, a normal work day is 8.30am to 6.30pm with a lunch break. Major events may be treated in a unique way.

A written “estimate only” of the final assignment cost will be provided in good faith, if I am able to accept the assignment. This estimate will include travel, accommodation, meals, and best estimate of misc expenses. This may not represent the final invoice, as often the work spec or time required changes, or some cost may increase. To accept the offer, a 20% NON REFUNDABLE booking fee and all travel and accommodation charges, must be paid on signing and accepting the offer of service. A second 40% NON REFUNDABLE payment must be paid three weeks before the assignment start date. The final balance is due seven days after receiving the final invoice.
